You know those times that you get so in your head that you become indecisive and can’t make a decision because you don’t want to make a “bad / wrong” choice? That is a form of self-sabotage.
How do you break the loop? Run towards what you really want!!!
Do so many scary things (like pitching dream clients, announce the course you want to teach, apply for grants, etc.) that you forget to be scared.
