Non-traditional Masala Chai
1 tsp Part Rooibos
1 tsp Chai loose leaf blend (I prefer just the Chai herbs without the black tea because I’m using the Rooibos)
6 oz milk or milk substitute (I love Oat Milk)
3 oz water
sugar or honey to taste (optional)
Pour the water into a small stainless steel kettle or double boiler.
Add the Rooibos and Chai to the water
On a stove top heat the water and herbs to just under boiling temp (this is actually a key to tea making, don’t use boiling water, keep it just under boiling).
Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add the milk to the kettle.
Warm, but DO NOT BOIL.
Add any sugar or honey you want.
Let is simmer for 5 - 10 minutes.
Strain the liquid through a tight mesh (colander, coffee filter, etc) into your cup.
ENJOY!
This recipe is one serving.

Capricorns love tradition and this dignified & delicious cocktail may have been the first "official" one, written about in a magazine in 1806, the first written reference of the word "cocktail". Here is an elegant recipe for an Old Fashioned.
1 tsp sugar
4 dashes bitters
Splash of Club Soda
2 orange slices
2 sour cherries
2 oz bourbon
In an old fashioned glass muddle sugar, bitters, soda, one slice orange and one cherry. Remove rind, fill glass with ice and add bourbon. Garnish with remaining orange slice & cherry.

3 oz Guava Juice Blend
3 oz Prosecco Rosé
Pour juice into a chilled champagne flute and slowly add prosecco. Enjoy!

This regal cocktail has a rich history dating back to the 1800s and is considered one of the earliest mixology creations. Bijou means "jewel" in French, names for the three dazzling "jewels" make up this cocktail. Gin (represents diamonds), Vermouth (represents rubies), Chartreuse (represents emeralds).
1 oz Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Chartreuse
Dash of Orange Bitters
Lemon twist, for garnish
Chill a martini glass in the freezer for five minutes. Combine all ingredients except lemon twist, in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir gently and strain into the chilled martini glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.

Virgos love this cocktail’s straightforward reliability. In a chaotic world the 7 & 7 is divinely dependable and there is nothing more magic to Virgos than logic.
4 oz 7Up soda
1.5 oz Seagram’s 7 Crown Blended Whisky
Combine ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Stir gently. Bonus points for taking your first sip exactly at 7:07!😉
